Holy moly. I look back at this blog and wonder what happened? I just lost it I think. The blog that is. So here we go again. A new start. Ha ha ha.

New year. New goals. Here are a few things I want to do this year.

1. Grow closer to God. I have learned that He is all I need. I cannot make it myself. I've tried.

2. Pray and journal every day. Every day.

3. Marriage. Work on my marriage. I have made some mistakes and I WILL NOT repeat my old ways. I love my husband very much and want this to be a year of healing.
4. Grow in my artist skills. I really want to start a business creating. This needs to be the year.

5. Make it to the gym regularly.

6. Drink water. I drink a ton of pop and coffee. Would like to cut way back. I would quit but I really enjoy a good cup of coffee.
7. Use up my craft supplies before buying any more. Unless needed for a specific project.

8. Learn to sew for real.

9. Finish every workshop that I have signed up for and not finished. No more joining until done.

10. Crochet prayer shawls for all of my friends. You pray for the person while making it. Awesome.

11. Blog. I have wanted to do this forever. This is the year.

12. Make and keep friends. I am such a bad friend. I have become a loner. How did that happen?

I started this blog over a year ago and completely forgot about it until today. So much has happened over the last year. I will have to start posting as if I never stopped. You'll catch up.

I am 45 years old today. Older, yes, wiser, a little. Fatter. Oh well.

I am going to be a grandma any day. 45 is young for that right? It's all good. I wonder what baby Tyson will call me. Nana? Granny? Grandma? What a ride this year will be.

45...it was a good day. Family took me to lunch, gifts, surprise visits. I feel the love.

oh... here we go. i have watched tons of blogs and admired endless amounts of art. " i want to do that!!!!" that's the voice in my head whispering to me. i can do it. i can do it. breathe. even if no one else ever sees it or reads about it. this is really for me. no art critics allowed. no judgmental thorns. STAY AWAY! i plan on having a good time. want to come?
